Our menu is Gulf Coast Cuisine, featuring oysters, gulf snapper, fresh tuna, lobster, plus great prime steaks and delectable desserts. Eddie V's Edgewater Grille was inspired through Larry and Guy's admiration for the great classic seafood restaurants of New Orleans, San Francisco and Boston. They have great respect for the freshness, flavor and techniques of these regions. Their vision for Eddie V's is to provide the freshest seafood available with prime grade steaks in a casual and relaxed atmosphere. Larry and Guy grew up in the South and have spent most of their professional lives in Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas and Arizona. They have been partners for over 25 years and have created many successful concepts, including Z'Tejas Southwestern Grill. Before opening Eddie V's, they studied all aspects of the seafood business. They spent time on docks in Boston learning from some of the best fishermen in the country. As a result, they procure only the freshest and finest seafood from all regions including, North Atlantic, Gulf of Mexico, Arctic Ocean, Louisiana and Pacific Coast.
