Ladies and gents,
Please take a moment and help me out? I am moving on Tuesday
and I need to find someone to take my gorgeous condo Downtown.
The condo will be ready to move into on Wednesday. It really is
an incredible place, at an incredbile price. Unfortunately, the
craigslist classifieds for housing are so overloaded by all the
apartment locators, right now, that I just can't seem to get
the word out. 1600 entries a day??? That's just crazy. Anyway,
I know that there is power in numbers, so I am putting
it out there for all of you, hoping that you know the person
who is waiting for my place!
The info:
Legacy on the Lake (Hop on the website, you will understand how
great it is.)
1 BR 726 Sq. Ft. 17th Floor 11'/6' Balcony with a view of
Downtown that looks like it came right off of a postcard.
Market rent is $1424.00, but I am willing to pay the first
month of rent. The lease is up in March of 2010, so that will
make the rent $1187.00!!! You can literally walk out the front
door and you are at Lady Bird Lake. You also have access to
many unique ammenities, like Kayaks and bikes for the hike and
bike trail at Town Lake. I have loved every moment I have had,
in this place, but an unforseen family emergency has caused me
to have to move back to California immediately.
Please, please, please... help me out. Spread the word. I can
show it immediately! Just give me a call.
