Sponsored by Merrimack College’s Office of Alumni and Constituent Relations and the Friends of Merrimack, the Women & Wisdom Series at Merrimack is offering the opportunity to meet Denise Baron as she prepares three seasonally inspired dishes to showcase the fall harvest in New England. Denise has created an enticing menu that bridges flavor and presentation and emphasizes honest ingredients and simple cooking methods. The dishes will be paired with a wine selected from Burton’s extensive wine collection.

Since joining the Burtons Grill restaurant group, Chef Baron has created an enticing menu that bridges flavor and presentation and emphasizes honest ingredients and simple cooking methods. Chef Baron completed a 12-month journey from Mexico to Chile, honing her mastery of the regional cuisines and appreciation for fresh, local spices and foods along the way. The philosophy of Burtons Grill reflects Chef Baron’s wholehearted embrace of using top quality ingredients, classic, fresh flavors, and uncomplicated cooking techniques to create a memorable dining experience.
