About Relay for Life
The American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life event takes place from 6:00 pm on Friday, May 16 to 10:00 am on Saturday, May 17 at E.E. Waddell High School. It is an overnight relay intended to honor those who have battled cancer, pay tribute to those who have lost their lives to the disease and raise money to fight cancer. The idea is that cancer never sleeps so that is why teams have at least one member walking the track through out the entire night.
