The “Text to Turn Out” campaign from Rock the Vote and AT&T is hitting Texas, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont to get ready for the March 4th primaries. The program encourages young voters to text message at least 10 of their friends to join them at the voting booth, and then to ask those friends to pass along the message to 10 other friends—creating a viral buzz about Tuesday’s primaries.
