What: An Outdoor Fitness Networking and Social Event

When: Wednesday May 14th 2008- 6:00 to 8:00pm, please arrive on time… fitness activities will begin promptly at 6:30

Who: DS Fitness, Dream Skyy Fitness: Is a team of two Certified Personal Trainers in the Northern Virginia area, we specialize in mental, nutritional and physical well-being.

Who should attend: Young professionals in the tri-state area interested in mingling, networking, making new friends, and having a great time. Must be 21& up to attend

Where: Gravelly Point Park, located in front of Reagan National Airport’s runway.

How to RSVP: call (703) 682-8100 or e-mail us at dreamskyyfitness@gmail.com must RSVP by 5pm Tuesday May 13th 2008 to attend. Please send your name and the name of all guests who are attending, we encourage you to bring a friend.

Cost: Only 25$ per person, payment is due in full prior to start of training; Hurry before all slots are filled!

Requirements: Please bring bottled water, and a small hand towel. Dress in workout appropriate clothing, tennis shoes recommended, no open toe shoes or flip-flops please. Eat before you arrive. Proper nutrition is the foundation of a healthy body. Working out on an empty stomach may cause dizziness and premature fatigue.

In the event inclement weather occurs, we will notify you by email of any schedule changes, before 12:00 midnight on Tuesday May 13th 2008

From Washington, D.C.:
Take the 14teenth Street bridge (I-395 South) into Virginia. Exit onto the George Washington Memorial Parkway, toward Reagan National Airport. Follow the George Wash Mem. Pkwy all the way to National Airport. Just before you get to the airport, .5 miles, you see the pitches on the left side of the highway. Go into airport and turn around. Once you are back on the Geo Wash Mem. Pkwy again, Gravelly Point Park is your first right...follow into parking lot.
From Virginia:
From the Beltway (495) take I-395 North to the George Washington Memorial Parkway, toward Reagan National Airport. Follow the George Wash Mem Pkwy all the way to National Airport.
