The Prom! Spring is in the air, and that means one thing: PROM!  Yes, prom.  Remember?  The sequins, wine coolers, corsages and date drama?  The service group I am involved with is throwing a Prom on May 31 to benefit DC CAP, which helps DC students go to college by providing academic and financial support.  All the details are below; be there or be square! The Rotaract Club of Downtown DC Cordially Invites You to: The Prom When:       May 31, 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm Where:     The Nigerian Embassy, 3519 International Court, NW Washington, DC 20008 Attire:        Prom best What:        Music, dancing, drinks, photo area, superlatives, Prom court, and fantastic raffle items!!  No chaperones and no gym aroma. Tickets:     $25 per person All proceeds go towards DC College Access Program, a non-profit organization that provides counseling and financial assistance to students who might otherwise never have the opportunity to attend or graduate from college.
