And to all a good night, when you enjoy Christmas Eve dinner at Randolph's Restaurant and Bar. Choose a four-course dinner without wine for $38 or a four-course dinner with a wine pairing for each course for $52. After beginning with an amuse bouche, choose from a starter of roasted chestnut and apple soup or winter greens. Entree choices include roast salmon, herb crusted lamb loin, pan roasted filet or citrus stuffed cornish game hen. Each is accompanied by over-the-top sides like truffle sage potato gallette and roast cauliflower brie and almond risotto. Desserts are warm baked apple streusel, seasonal cheesecake and chocolate banana bread pudding.
