New Year's Eve Dinner 2010
We're offering two seatings (6:30 and 9 p.m.) for an elegant New Year's Eve four-course delight. Begin with an amuse bouche followed by Maine lobster bisque or Randolph's signature salad. Choose from four entrees -- pan-seared sea bass, oven roasted rack of lamb, grilled beef tenderloin or crispy duck breast, all accompanied by decadent side dishes. Dessert choices are just as inviting, ranging from warm baked pear streusel and seasonal cheesecakes to chocolate banana bread pudding. A flute of champagne is included, and it all takes place against the backdrop of live piano music.
