Hey there, I'm moving to Tampa in August and am still in the process of finding a placea/area to live...what is a good area for a young professional? I want a lively, active area, not too expensive and definitely in a safe part of Tampa.
Any suggestions or advice about Tampa in general would be great!

I just moved back to Chicago from Tampa. I lived right near the UT campus close to downtown Tampa. I think you will love it, not sure about what you like to do but I kind of regret leaving. A lot of potential. I would say you can live close to downtown at a reasonable price.
