Addison Kaboom Town Fireworks

Consider the best July 4th party in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX, the Addison Kaboom Town Fireworks Independence Day Celebration occurs July 3rd each year at Addison Circle. Traffic is really bad before the show as people all try to get good seats at the show. Your best bet is to get there early and park in the outskirts and walk. The show starts at around 9:30.

Where to Watch

If you are going to a bar to watch the show and want a table best get there by 6:30pm at the latest. If you are looking for the best parties, Duke's Roadhouse traditionally is the place to go. Duke's has a decent view of the fireworks over the intersection of Midway and Beltline. Probably better than most bars. But Blackfinn also has a good patio for watching and now advertises a party for Kaboom Town. Most all other bars have parties too. You want to go to a bar on the southside of Beltline as the show occurs to the north.

As far as parking, Duke's is next to the Sam's parking lot which during Kaboom Town fills up with families wanting to park. Sam's enforces their parking rules and may tow you on a normal night but they usually make an exception for Kaboom Town as everyone parks there.
