Avoid the traffic and long lines and come preparty with us early at the ball. We will be in suite #1447 in the central tower (note there is probably more than one 1447, we are central tower). We will have drinks and order pizza. If you wish to partake, please bring cash for pizza and alcohol contribution. You can bring your own drinks and stuff if you like.
GETTING YOUR TICKET FROM ME
Please send me a YAP message if you would like a ticket
BEFORE 3:00PM SATURDAY. After 3pm, please call my mobile phone. In order to 100% make sure you get your ticket, you need to show up at our preparty by 7:45 or make sure you have emailed me your full name for your ticket so I can put it in will call if you are late. Most everyone has already emailed me their name and such. If I do not have your full name and you show up late I won't know how to leave the ticket for you.
If you miss the preparty, you will have to get your ticket from will call sometime by 8:30. I plan on getting down at 8:00 but may be late.
If something goes wrong be sure to leave a detailed message or text me. And realize it could be 15mins or so before I will get it.
CONTACTING ME DURING BALL
Note that it is hard to get phone calls during the ball sometimes and my phone will be ringing a lot. So be sure to leave a voicemail with your full name if you have a question. Sending a text is helpful too but be sure to include your name in text. My voicemail greeting will have instructions for meeting us beforehand and during the ball. As I have detailed in the event here.
WE HAVE EXTRA INVITATIONS
I have access to extra tickets so if you want an invitation to the ball let me know. We should have enough for everyone who wants to go. Each invitation is good for two people.

There is a $25 donation or a toy request at the door. See the website above for more details on appropriate formal attire and other stuff. There is cash bar so make sure you bring cash.
HOW TO FIND US AT THE BALL
We will have two meetings during the ball. One at 8:59PM to 9:05PM and another from 9:59PM to 10:05PM. We will meet in the main ballroom where the main band plays. I will be standing by the dance floor facing the band. I will try to find a spot exactly halfway between the ends of the dance floor in the middle. I am blonde, 6 ft tall and will be wearing a black tux and in order to better stick out will also be double fisting. That is, I will try to remember to have a drink in each hand. I won't have a YAP sign so this is how you'll have to remember to find me if you have never met me before.
9pm and 10pm. Find the double fisting blonde guy in a tux in the middle in front of the main stage facing the band.
