Are you ready for
one heck of a party?
YAP is throwing one BIG and FUN party this summer not to be missed. The Yucatan Beach Club is a perfect venue for our Hawaiian Party. We'll have a DJ playing music all night, there is a pool you can hang out at, darts & pool tables and volleyball too. We'll have the place mostly to ourselves.
Dress Hawaiian and Tropical. This is one fun laid back party. Dip your feet poolside or dive right in. Groove on the dance floor or get dirty on a sand volleyball court. Take a break and play darts or billiards.
This is definitely an event to bring a lot of friends to and party late at!
IN CASE IT RAINS
It's not like going to a bar on a normal night when it rains. We always get a very good turnout with bad weather (like our Mardi Gras party) as it's a private party everyone was expecting to attend. Yucatan has plenty of room inside so we can party inside if we get a little rain at some point. So FYI just in case.
WHAT YOU GET

-over 200+ people expected to attend
-first 200ppl get a nice silk Hawaiian flower lei at the door
-Free great food buffet from 8:30 to around 10:00pm exclusive for us - I heard they got some GREAT food for us
-DJ playing beach and party music all night
-Swimming pool by the bar
-Billiards, darts and sand volleyball available
THINGS TO KNOW
-Hawaiian festive attire is the theme; this is a laid back event. anything goes such as hula skirts, swimsuits, hawaiian shirts, shorts, sandals, funny hats, etc...
-themed attired is not required -- if you don't have anything or prefer not to, wearing something "beachy" is not required (we'll give you a lei at the door)
-There is a swimming pool so wear swimsuit and bring towel if you like
-Someone will collect $5 cash and handout wristbands at the door
-Don't forget your drivers license
-We have an outdoor and indoor area available (depending on weather)
-greater than 90% of the people at the bar will be with YAP but there will be some not with our group. YAP members will have wristbands and leis.
