The Aiki Thai Muay Thai Camp

 

 

Is hosting this years first all female Muay Thai Introductory conditioning workshop at Aiki Thai Camp and would like to invite you to attend !

This workshop will be for the beginner as well as for the more advanced martial artist.

The workshop will cover learning how to punch and kick properly and effectively as well as learning how to utilize knee and elbow strikes. Muay Thai training is one of the best ways to get into your best shape as well as learning one of today’s best means of self defense !

The training in Muay Thai is second to none when it comes to getting in the best shape of your life. People who have trained in Muay Thai have seen great changes in their cardiovascular, endurance and over all muscle tone not to mention losing that unwanted weight.

What to expect ?

Working with Thai pads and Focus mitts to learn how to strike more effect

 

 

 

Learning how to wrap your hands for protection

 

Proper Boxing and Thai Boxing stance/Foot work

Working with others to learn how to hold pads.

Stretching & Breathing habits

About Mr. John Sosa

 

 

 

Khru Sosa has been teaching and helping spread the Ancient art of Muay Thai Boxing in the DFW metroplex since the mid-90's and has been a martial arts practitioner since early childhood. His first martial arts beginning was in the art of Aikido,which Khru Sosa holds a 3rd. Degree black belt, and later venturing into many other arts such as Western Boxing, Kickboxing and in 1988 began his Muay Thai training under Grandmaster Surachai Sirisute who is the founder of United States Muay Thai Association. Mr. Sosa believes that the martial arts are for everyone regardless of age or background. He believes that through the arts an individual can use the discipline and training to help better ones life and help add healthy value, confidence as well as learning self defense for today’s world ! Mr. Sosa has competed nationally as well as Internationally and has earned a middle weight championship title in the early 90's. The Aiki Thai Muay Thai Camp provides a safe and healthy atmosphere for one to learn and train in."No prior training or experience is required !

Shorts or sweat pants-T-shirt
