The band on September 29th is the Spazmatics, specializing in 80's retro and new wave. Voted best cover band in the Austin Chronicle's 2005-06 music poll.
Andrew C. will be there to host the event (and Bryon will probably be there also).
There are many tables under shady trees. At night the sparkling lights come on and you can see the lights on the skyscrapers. It is a very nice atmosphere and people seem to enjoy this place more than enough to come back again and again.
