A dive bar on one side of the outdoor patio littered with tacky yard furniture (but some pretty interesting wall art - not graffiti mind you...is my spelling correct?) with a smallish, standing only music venue on the other side. Local artist to touring bands, cover is usually in the $5 range, only if you go to see the show, otherwise, free. Interesting people watching!
