Would anybody be interested in a camping trip to the drag boat races on Lake LBJ in Marble Falls, west of Austin? I was out there a few years back and it's a blast. There's a campground right across the lake from the event so you don't have to actually pay more than the camping fee. You're on the lake so there's stuff to do, seeing 200 mph drag boats is just a bonus something-to-watch during the day. It's August 11-13.
