Hello one & all! Wonderful news, Eric is buying a house! Bad news? Our lease doesn't end until the end of January 2007. So we are looking to sublease our apartment for 6 months (Aug - Jan). We have already checked with our apartment complex & they are fine with it. The apartment is $714/month. I believe it is 890 SF but I could check for you to make sure. It is a one bedroom and has a study as well. The complex is San Simeon and it is nicely located off of Walnut Hill Lane and 161 (George Bush Tollway). The apartment complex is fairly new...they were still building parts of it when I moved in at the end of 2002.
