I am not sure if anyone has posted anything related to this as yet but I am sure since the YAP Crew are some party happening people that some of u might have already heard about a new club called the Ghostbar @ 2440 Victory Park Lane. I have heard great reviews about this palce and it has some skyline over looking downtown Dallas. Anyone interested in checking it out one day, maybe it could be one of our monthly party events if it has not already?

VERY happening place!!! Unfortunately, since they are new and very hot, they probably won't want to offer any group incentives to get us there for a monthly party.

We can't do popular places for our major events. While we do like really nice upscale places, we don't do the waiting in line and ultra club scene type stuff. And it's hard to get groups together for crowded. Look for YAP to do an event there in the future perhaps when the hoopla dies down or a smaller event perhaps if someone is interested. But not for a few weeks until the craziness dies down....
Or as mentioned on a weeknight like a Tuesday.

If you arrive as Ghost on Tuesday before 7pm, you shouldn't have to wait in line. Bottled beer is $5. Wine and mixed well drinks are $9 each. Martini's are $12.

What does everyone think about a quarterly YAP cocktail party? Rather than our normal monthly parties, this one we'd find places which are more high end or are private membership clubs or very popular. Ghostbar would fit the bill here.

I think he means substitute one of the monthly happy hour/parties every quarter for something a little more upscale.

No. In additon too. So we'd still have aourmonthly parties and a quarterly cocktail party. And eventually if things get bigger we'll also have a monthly happy hour (mid week as opposed to Friday) again too.
