They have an extensive wine cellar, with an emphasis on Italian wines. The wines selected for the wine tasting are made by the Riccardis in Campagnia, Italy: Fiano di Avellino DOCG (white) from Gaetano da Forino Estate bottled 100% Fiano grapes "Medium gold with subtle notes of mature fruit and flowers with hints of pear, apricot, citrus fruits, toasted hazelnuts, acacia, hawthorn and honey.Persistent and aromatic" Greco di Tufo DOCG (white) from Gaetano da Forino Estate bottled 100% Greco grapes "Pale-medium gold reflections with a rich and powerfully aromatic nose of apricot, apple, peach, and an attractive vegetal note. On the palate it is full bodied, soft and well balanced with excellent acidity" Taurasi DOCG (red) from Gaetano da Forino Estate bottled 100% Aglianico grapes "Intense ruby color with garnet reflections with hints of cherry, fruits of the forest, spicy scents of violet and a tobacco and suggestion of minerals. Full bodied, velvety and elegant, austere on the palate with balanced tannins and acidity" * Bread and signature pasta dishes will be provided for enjoyment with the wine.
