Highland Park United Methodist Church has an opening for Network Administrator/Desktop Support. This position will team with our current Network Administrator/Server Support to provide HPUMC with reliable, up-to-date and fiscally responsible technology for a growing staff and congregation. Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance/informal training to users concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, peripheral equipment, operating systems, applications, printing, word processing, email, operating systems and internet; Analyze user needs and recommend commercially available hardware and software; Provide one-on-one and group training to users on hardware and on software as listed above; Troubleshoot software and hardware problems (computers, accessories, printers, etc).
