Hello,
Thanks for signing up…and here’s hoping y’all are having a good start to spring (though it sometimes seems like its winter, looks like spring and sometimes is close to hot as summer)
Event is around the corner, so time for an update! I have made the reservations at ClayPit and I will be confirming the numbers with them in the later half of next week so that they can make proper seating arrangements. First time folks-wish you a warm welcome to the group. You should not have a problem locating the group. You can ask for the YAP group as soon as you arrive (most likely we will be the biggest group that day over there) or just look for a table with the YAP sign....
While I really hope everyone can make it and we look forward to seeing you, by any chance if you cannot, please update your status so that I can give them a near exact number or so that others in the waiting will have a chance to RSVP...

Hello everyone,
Just a reminder for today's event.....
I hope everyone is excited about today's dinner..... I have confirmed the reservations for today and everything is in place. I will be there around 6.45 PM. The reservation has been made in the name of Shyam/YAP.
