The Director of Marketing spearheads the development and execution of marketing initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have the ability to successfully develop overall plans for the following 3 areas: - Brand Management and Public Relations of the MedicalEdge Healthcare Group.
- A marketing plan to ensure growth in patient volume at the level of individual clinics.
- Sales and marketing of 25 ancillary services.
This position requires: · Strong sales experience with the ability to manage a sales force. · A marketing background with the ability to develop and execute a marketing strategy including; o Branding of corporate and ancillary services, o Collateral development, o Media selection and purchasing, o Budget development and oversight, o Medical office relationship development and maintenance, and o PR production and distribution. Requirements - 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Well-rounded in marketing with experience in brand management, traditional advertising, public relations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to draft professional presentations based on audience.
- Scalable ability to think strategically, yet drive, deliver and execute on details
- Self-directed and enthusiastic team player, with the ability and experience to manage a team.
- Bachelors degree required (Marketing strongly preferred)
