This is a great event benefiting Make-A-Wish which raised over a million dollars last year. During the live auction people were bidding over $50,000 for granting wishes. It is black tie. NOTE MANDATORY ORIENTATIONS listed below. Thanks, Lance Volunteers- We are busy at work getting ready for Wish Night 2007 which is right around the corner! We are still in need of volunteers for this year's event and I wanted to follow up and see if you were interested in helping out again! The event is being held at the Hilton Anatole again on May 12. The shift times that we are still looking for help with are: 8-11pm 11pm-2am Remember, by working one of these 3 hr shifts, you will be admitted into Wish Night for free to enjoy the festivities before your shift! And as you all know, Wish Night is our largest fundraising event of the year, where last year we raised over $1 million to grant the Wishes of our kids! If you can help out again this year, please let me know and I will get you signed up! Our mandatory training sessions will be held: April 24th 7:00 pm April 28th 10:30 am You only need to attend one of these if you wish to volunteer and they will only last about an hour. They are being held at the Wishing Place, 6655 Deseo in Irving. Please let me know if you are interested in helping out with this worthwhile cause! Make-A-Wish can still use volunteers for the 11PM-2AM shift. This shift allows you to enjoy most of the evening's events for free before your shift. I've signed up for 8-11 but may switch. Email Stacy at contact info above to sign up.
