Recruiting Coordinator

This position is a full-life cycle recruiter who will source and screen qualified applications for corporate and clinical positions throughout the various locations.  In this role you will partner with Directors and Managers in developing a pipeline of qualified candidates as well as filling current needs. 

Responsibilities include:
· Manage job postings on the company site as well as internet sites.
· Use creative sourcing techniques including direct sourcing and
                cold calling when sourcing difficult to fill positions.
· Own and drive the staffing strategy and results for your client set.
· Partner with clients to drive staffing solutions that meet the needs
                of the business. 
· Work with the hiring managers and HR generalist as needed, to
                agree on specifics for the position, and leveling/compensation
                strategy.
· Source, interview, offer, negotiate and close candidates for
                assigned requisitions.
· Provide follow up feedback to external candidates on results of
                interview. 
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business/technical and policy
                initiatives and competitors. 
· Educate/train hiring managers and client management on agreed
                to processes and hiring manager responsibilities. 
· Network and maintain relationships with key candidate
                communities for short and/or long term opportunities.

Qualifications:
· Ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written
                communication skills and the ability to work independently with
                minimal supervision. 
· Prior agency and/or corporate recruiting experience in hiring
                healthcare professionals is a plus


Requirements:  
· Bachelors degree required.
                Minimum of 1-2 years experience with full-life cycle recruiting.
· Ability to meet standard measurements of success for staffing
                such as, annual hiring plan, diversity goals, client satisfaction, and
                deadlines.
· Must have a passion for identifying, screening, interviewing and
                closing
· Experience with internet job boards, applicant tracking system
                and MS Office is required.
