I am really into performing arts: Texas Ballet, the Dallas Theater, Shakespeare in the Park, and SMU Meadows Dance. I attend a lot of theater productions, several every month-kinda got into it and went overboard. I've driven to the Bass Performance Hall in Downtown Fort Worth, the Majestic in Downtown Dallas, and Music Hall at Fair Park...from Frisco which is very North, very East. Anyways, I am looking for people to go with me to the plays, operas, ballets, musicals & dance concerts. There's almost something going on every weekend.

October 15th – 19th Wednesday – Sunday at the Addison Circle Park  4970 Addison Circle  Addison, TX 75001

Greed and prejudice tell the story of The Merchant of Venice, Shakespeare's suspenseful, dark comedy. In Venice, Bassanio asks the merchant Antonio for a loan which Antonio must borrow from the moneylender Shylock. While Bassanio is facing certain death, he must rely on his friends to save him from Shylock's revengeful demand of "a pound of flesh." "If you prick us, do we not bleed? If you tickle us, do we not laugh? If you poison us, do we not die? And if you wrong us, shall we not revenge?"

Kathy,

Getting more theater culture sounds like a great idea.

I'm thinking about also doing a post for upcomming Titas productions.. Titas productions are at McFarlin Auditorium on SMU campus on the Hilcrest side. I've been going to shows over that last 8 years.
