EVENT UPDATE:
Hey everyone,
Just an update that due to a scheduling conflict I moved the annual Guadalupe Tubing Trip to the week before (weekend of June 13th). We plan on doing a weekend trip arriving Friday evening to camp and leaving to tube Saturday morning. And partying Saturday night and heading back Sunday.
We may also have some ppl come into town Thursday and tube Friday morning too.

EVENT UPDATE:
Hey everyone,
I got a lot of comments on conflicts for the week of the 13th and it is also Father's day weekend so we have moved the trip to the 27th of June. We have a lot of people who have said they prefer that date, and so we should be getting a good group out for this trip from all our cities on this weekend.

Are there any more details on this trip? For example I want to particpate on the tubing trip on Saturday, but I don't want to be late. What time approximately are you heading to the water? I assume a little later in the morning because of Friday nights partying.

EVENT UPDATE:
Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls:
We are a week away from the annual Guadalupe River Tubing Trip. All information about the trip has been updated on the event page on your YAP website. http://www.yapclub.com/dfw/events/2035/annual-guadalupe-tubing-trip.aspx
For those of you who are veterans, we're going to be camping in the same place as last year (lots of shade). For those of you who are rookies, please print out the map and directions, so you can find us.
If you have extra room in your vehicle to carpool, extra room in your tent, extra camping gear, need a ride or need a tent to sleep in.......please update your RSVP with this information. It makes it a lot easier for people to start hooking up with their needs.
Also, if you could update your RSVP with your planned arrival time, it would be most helpful. This is always a VERY LARGE and diverse group. That way we can keep our eye out for you. We don't want anyone to miss out on the group fun!!!
Last, but not least.......if it appears that inclement weather is in the forecast, we'll make a decision on the trip early Friday morning.

If you are going on this trip, please update your RSVP to let us know when you expect to arrive. There is limited camping space and I will start giving away spots to other campers, if it doesn't look like we need all of our reserved area.
If you are on the RSVP list and aren't going, please update your RSVP, so we aren't looking for you.
