IT Sales Representative We serve behind the scenes for top organizations as a provider of Information Technology solutions designed to enhance business performance, we assist clients with implementing new ways of doing business. Clients partner with us to address many of these issues with leading edge technology solutions. As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking IT Sales Representatives for our Headquarters in Dallas. Candidates for these roles must have ambition, the drive to succeed, a strong desire to exceed goals and meet deadlines. Qualified candidate will be responsible, but not limited to, the following: • Independently generating leads into InfoStrategies-LC accounts and developing prospects provided through the internal InfoStrategies-LC lead generation process. • Reporting on sales activity such as calls, meetings, presentations, RFP responses, etc. • Supporting the forecast process for assigned clients • Developing and presenting personal annual sales plan to management to clearly articulate how sales will be generated from the defined target market. • Developing a clear and concise communications plan to articulate InfoStrategies-LC’s service offerings to prospects. • Cultivating prospects within defined target market through cold calling and networking methodologies utilizing clear verbal (via telephone and direct meetings) and written (letters, electronic mail) communications to convey company’s product offerings and services to prospects. • Negotiating and closing contract terms and conditions with prospects within an ambiguous environment. • Meeting targeted sales goals as agreed upon with management. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors and internal InfoStrategies-LC employees. • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. Required Skills: • Proven ability to deliver results • Articulate; both verbally and in writing • Highly personable, trustworthy, dependable and generally likeable • Utilizes active listening skills to understand prospects and answers objections • Possess the skill to develop and manage a sales forecast • Can create a sense of opportunity/urgency with potential sales targets • Ability to compile data to complete sales presentations, proposals, and client agreements • Ability to interact with senior executives. • Ability to perform sales presentations, knowledgeably answer questions and provide timely follow-up • Ability to negotiate contracts • Ability to close business • Ability to manage a heavy workload and maintain a professional demeanor • Ability to organize, prioritize and maintain schedules • Professional appearance, maintaining corporate presence and culture at all times Required Experience and Education: Experience • 5-7 years in business-to-business IT services sales • Successful track record of territorial management & delivering results • Comfortable interacting with senior executives.
