Please send resume and salary requirements. www.healthcare-ar.com - Billing Manager / AR Manager Due to increasing growth, our Revenue Cycle Management Firm currently has an open Billing Manager position in our D/FW offices. We are currently seeking Billing Manager candidates with experience managing complex revenue cycle projects, overseeing the activities of interdisciplinary work teams at physician practice groups and small to medium sized hospitals. The responsibilities will include insurance verification; patient accounting and financial services; charge description master and charge capture integrity; pricing strategy development and implementation; payer discrepancy recovery including Medicare and Medicaid compliance; denial management and denial recovery success. The qualified candidate will be responsible for: Engagement Management: manages engagement risk; project economics including planning and budgeting and managing accounts receivable; defining deliverable content; and ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels of the client. Business Development: develops and maintains contact with designated decision makers at key clients; organizes and leads pursuit teams; contributes to proposal pricing strategy. People Development: performs role of counselor and coach; provides input and guidance into the firms staffing process; and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities.
