There are a couple of solid groups where men of all ages can either go play or go learn. As a former rugger, I always remember being excited about adding new guys to the culture (it's more than a game.) So dont be afraid if you know absolutely nothing about it... just GO PLAY! If you have teen aged kids, I highly recomednd Alliance.
