Hi Guys... This is REALLY short notice, but I just wanted to let you know about a wine tasting up in Allen tomorrow, WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 22, 2008. It may be quite a jaunt for some of you, but I know there have got to be others like me stuck up in the Northlands looking for something new to do. The event will be held at Cru'-A Wine Bar in the Watter's Creek shopping area... (this is NOT the one at the Shops of Legacy) (off Bethany and 75) The event kicks off at 5pm and for $15 you get to try 5 different wines from the Land Down Under and will also recieve complementary hors' d' orves! The event is to be held on the patio, so IF that little bit of rain that is supposed to sweep through the area actually shows up, it may get a little soggy... Hope to see some of you there, feel free to message me with any questions... Beck

How late does this event run till?  If someone were to show up closer to 6, would they miss much?

This is just around the corner from me!

Thanks!

there is not a set format for the informal wine tastings, like the Australian Adventure. It is designed to be a come and go sort of event so you can sample the offerings at your leisure. i do reccomend RSVP'ing if you intend to come. rwilliams@cruawinebar.com

Hey everyone, I regret to inform you that the Australian Adventure Wine Tasting looks like it will have to be postponed due to the weather! =

It is starting to cloud up now and weather.com is calling for thunderstorms all night!

No worries though... Wines from Down Under will be presenting themselves to your palate soon enough! An announcement will be made as to when the new date is set!

Cheers!
