My room mate is moving out and I need a sub-letter until March. I'm looking for someone to take over her 1/2 of the lease. Check out my profile or send me a message to get my number if you are interested. I would prefer living with a girl, but we'll discuss. The rent will be 560 a month including utilities. The place is nice. It has new kitchen appliances, gated parking, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and a stackable washer and dryer in the apartment. There is also a swimming pool lined with palm trees. I love it here!!! I ask that there be no smoking in the apartment, but there is a nice balcony right next to the front door. I'm looking for someone to move in either November or December.
