I am looking to rent out a bedroom in a 2000sq. ft house. My two roommates I have right now are going to be moving out by the end of September. The house is in a great neighborhood in Plano, and it has a pool and tennis courts in the subdivision. You would be paying $525 with all utilities included! The house itself has a brand new refridgerater, actually a second one in the 2 car garage, a dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, stove, oven, covered patio out the side of the house, a fenced in backyard so if you have any animals they can play in the yard. We live on a Cul-de-Sac so it is really quiet and in a very safe area of Plano.(Right off of Coit & Spring Creek) I have one cat that won't touch or play with your stuff. She keeps to herself. One of the roommates is moving out at the end of August, so if you need to move in earlier than September that is fine.
