When and where do we pay the $5.00?? Is it at the door or do we pay prior to party???

whaddya mean? I did not understand ur question..its a happy hour. so its between 6-9. But people usually stay around longer..

Our happy hour party is from 6:00 to 9:00. That's when the majority of ppl will be there. There is a person at the door who collects the $5 when you arrive which includes our free appetizers (I believe pizza) and drink specials. Wells should be $3 or less and domestic beers $2. I will update with final prices.

EVENT UPDATE:
Just a reminder of our monthly party at Big Dog Sports Grill in Addison Friday night. This is a fun laid back place and a nice change of pace. I believe our free appetizers this month will be pizza. They have good drink prices there too.
We have 117 RSVPs so far and are expecting a good fun crowd again. For those who are new, we will more or less have the bar to ourselves and be the largest group there. You can see our sign when you walk in to pay ($5) and we'll direct you to our group then.
Our party lasts from 6:00 until 9:00 officially and then after that we'll hang out the rest of the night. Everyone is welcome so feel free to bring guests.

EVENT UPDATE:
WEBSITE IS BACK ONLINE
Our website should be back up now and viewable by all (most ppl should be able to view it but it still takes some time for the changes to spread through the Internet for everyone). Sorry for the inconvenience. We had a last minute website upgrade we had to do last night as so many of you have probably been wondering when it would be back up.
We have a lot of new ppl signed up for this month so as a reminder we are a fun and friendly group and everyone loves meeting new people. So it'll be real easy to meet people. Also, most people in the group still don't know most ppl in the group so everyone is used to always meeting people theyhave not met yet at events.
We'll see everyone tonight!!
