Hey, yall, I'm a Fort Worth Native and know some great places to go and have ideas for activities to make this summer one to remember!
Here are a few gambits to get things rolling:
-Start a Vollyball group at Benbrook Park (they have two full size nets/ sand pits)
-Bar-B-Q swim/ fish/ camp at Benbrook or Grandbury Lake
-Go watch a movie under the bright texas stars at Brazos Drive-In (Granbury)
-Hike or Mountain Bike trail at PK Lake (New Trails)
-Ride the Big rides at Six Flags or Hurricane Harbor
-Take a simple hike through FW nature refuge (it's very theraputic, did I spell that right?)
-Start a workout group (P90X or 300) strength is multiplied w/ encouragement.
-Rent seedoo's for the day, at above lakes!
-Just relax around a campfire and talk about life and what matters most, or whatever...
-Start Running Buddy group
-Celebration Feasts (Group,Night Out)
-Open Mic Poetry
-Movie Night (Drive-In Night at the Brazos, bring the pick ups and pillows)

Personal Note: I am having personal issues to say the least (don't ask) so I really want to make the most of my time, cause you can't get it back....
So let's make some memories and friendships cause memories last forever and friendsips should too!
