I just floated the river over Memorial Day Weekend and the river is low, but that wasn't the reason we had to paddle ourselves. The river probably would have moved us more if it wouldn't have been so crowded. I don't think it's going to be as crowded this weekend. It's going to be a blast! See ya'll there.
I'll be driving down either Thursday night or Friday morning if anyone wants to caravan/carpool?

FYI: The Wildflower Festival in Richardson has KC and the Sunshine Band playing this Friday night. Concert starts at 10pm. I might go to the monthly party and then leave in time for the concert. Also on Sat. Joan Jett and the Blackhearts.

Well due to possible bad weather, not going camping and not leaving till Sat around noon. I think I am going to plan on going to the Festival and coming back Sat. night. I know lots others were planning on going out for the day only on Sat. anyways so if ya wanna caravan out still, let me know. Meet up in Lewisville or something on the way......

Some of us are meeting up in Lewisville at 1:45pm and gonna caravan out from there. If ya want to meet us, contact Tom, Nathan, or I to let us know to expect you. Otherwise we will probably hitting the road from Lewisville by 2pm on Friday.

With the way gas prices are lately I am up for car pulling with someone who wants to split the costs of gas. I got an SUV and I think I am gonna stay Fri and Sat night both. Probably will leave sometime in the afternoon on Fri. to avoid traffic. Anyone else available to leave anytime on Fri.? Drop me a line/email.

New Years Eve is not far away. Does anyone know of a place they have been or a place they are going? I am just looking for some different idea's on where to spend New Years Eve at? Intimate or party central. I know places jack up the prices for this particular event, but I am looking for a good deal or just something reasonable for the amount of money spent. Basically get my money's worth. Any idea's of places, bars, clubs, that are really worth going to and I won't be let down?
