David, I paid online with PayPal & got the receipt & it took a day to show me paid on the Event List---I'd check it tomorrow if I were you. Hope to meet everyone there:)

Justin, I am new, too & have yet to attend my 1st event, but I'd probably be interested depending on if my schedule allows & if you'd accept beginners haha

Hey, Nicki, I couldn't agree with you more! You sound just like me, expect I am very shy, but am scared to attend the events by myself, too. It sounds likes we are in a similiar situation, which having just got out of a serious relationship myself, so I know how you feel. Hey, everyone, I just joined & noticed that I seem to be one of the few shy ones in the group----anyone else out there with me?? I've lived in TX almost 4 years now but still find it hard to make new friends & meet new people (especially when the majority of my close friends are older & married) Any pointers for the new girl in attending my 1st event?
