for the most part, the host will provide a place or area for the YAP attendees. some are gracious and will provide a phone to contact them. in this case, the host has provided the cost of certain items. its a matter of showing up and enjoying going company. hope this helps!

hey man,
the best place for you might be in the 249 north of beltway 8. maybe even north of 1960. lots of nice places that dont cost you an arm and a leg. alot of the places by the packers are a little ghetto. your ideal place is to live south of the belway, but i would not endorse you being in prime living. also, ALOT of action by the 249 / 1960 area (night life area). who are you working for; CEVA, TRANSOCEANIC, PANALPINA, DHL?
