HI Josh, we did a paintball event last year and had a great time! I do not have the time to coordinate that this year, but I would love to attend!

Hi All,
Just an FYI.  Mike Kallas is hosting a camping trip to Turner Falls in October.  I have signed up and plan to go riding that Saturday.  Again, all I know is what is posted on their website, but if I find out more, I will post it here.  I am not going to make this an "official" event due to the limited number of people able to go at once (groups of 10)

It is just being discussed at this point, but I will post it as a Sept event.  I have not done much research except for what is listed on thier website.  I don't see us getting a discount, since the rides are limited to 10 people.  I will post more as the weather cools off!

I have not been there before, I was attracted to it because of the "non-trail" horses.  They provide everything, tack, horses and a trail lead.  It is a non traditional trail ride and there are 1/2 days or full days.  I am thinking of the full day, if we are gonna drive out there, might as well do as much as you can!

There is a camp ground near by, so I was almost thinking of making it a camp/ride trip to appeal to those that don't ride, but I will wait til the weather starts cooling off before I post as an event.  I am thinking late August...

In the mean time, check out the website.  It is a little pricey, but I think well worth the money with it being an all day ride.  There are beginner classes available, and they match the skill of the rider up to an appropriate horse. The wesite again is http://www.arbuckletrailrides.com/
