Hi, I have been outta the loop for a bit with no phone no computer ahhhhh, I totally miss the wine thing, don't even know if it happened. Its a shame James quit, I really liked him.

The market changes so much, how would you be able to keep up with the times on just one seminar. I think educating people on buying house is a great Idea, but we can't keep up with the current changes. There would have to be a monthly or every 3 months. Or just teach the public the basics on buying vs renting and the basics of real estate closings and such.
