There is only one park in Miami that I would recommend you visit for Mt Biking, or the closest thing here in South Florida to it, that is Oleta State River Park. This web site has some pictures and more information if you're interested. I haven't ridden in a while and the reason I joined YAP was to meet clubs or individuals to ride with. I really enjoyed Oleta and they have tracks for all levels and hours of trails.
