Well, I just made myself a free agent for the fall 2009 flag football season, but I don't know where that will get me. There are team webites for the Virginia Beach/Norfolk/Suffolk Flag Football teams, but they aren't activated until the season starts. I'd imagine you post your information (name, contact number, skill) and they give you a ring. Truthfully, I'm in the same boat as you are man. I'm dying to play some football!
