The "Fun" Bar
The Tavern on Gray has a really unique layout for most bars I've seen. Its bar is literally one of the longest in Texas and stretches all the way around the building with very few breaks. On a busy night they usually run with 6 bartenders on the inside and maybe 2 on the outside. I think of the Tavern as a "fun" bar because there is just so much to do...
