Hey all,
I have a very nice and spacious townhome just built in the Cottage Grove / Heights area minutes from Downtown, Washington Avenue, Memorial Park, Rice Military and Galleria. Never lived in, nice backyard, wood floors, all counters upgraded to granite, fireplace in living area for those cold Houston winter nights??.. :p, and private driveway for extra parking. You would have one garage space, your choice of two bedrooms in mid-level or one spacious upstairs loft. Both have their own bathroom, walk-in closet and plenty of privacy. I travel 65% of the time and am a working professional so I am not home often. I've lived with roommates throughout college and part of my professional career and am still friends with every single roommate!! Think that's a definite testament to my ability to get along with just about anyone. I am somewhat tidy and clean however, and I am looking for someone that also fits that description. I'm also only looking for young working professionals like myself or maybe a Graduate student as I'm somewhat close to all the schools in the area.
