Can you tell me where this place is and how do I find other YAP members? Or should I go to one of your monthly parties first and go from there?

It's down by the museum district near Rice University.
24-48 hrs prior to the event, I'll post my cell phone number so that everyone can find us. I'm also thinking about us meeting up early for dinner somewhere close so it will be even easier. This is a new event, so we're still working the details & taking suggestions!
There might be another event between now and then, but I'm not sure yet.
You can make ANY event your first event just sometimes the monthly parties are a little easier as we're usually "the big group".

Shakespeare's 'Twelfth Night' is TONIGHT!! ;-)
There will be a group of us meeting at 6pm at Pappacitos at 2536 Richmond Avenue, Houston, TX for anyone wanting to meet for dinner beforehand. I'll stand at the front door at 6p and head in the restaurant at 6:10p. Please call my cell if you arrive after this time (due to traffic, etc) and still want to eat with us so I can direct you to our table!
If you want to just meet us at Miller Outdoor, we will be in the lawn area. I have 2 large green tarps that I will put down in case there is mud. Please bring your own pillows/blankets/etc. You can bring lawn chairs, but if not everyone has them, then it will be difficult for us to sit together. People in lawn chairs are to sit on the 'left side' of the field and those without are to sit on the 'right side'. I will try to get as close to the front as possible. Gates open 1 hr prior to start.
There is a concession stand onsite with reasonable prices if you just want to eat there. You can also bring a cooler with drinks/snacks, but absolutely NO GLASS!!!
PLEASE PLEASE feel free to call/text me at 972-838-6021 to locate us. I'll try to come up with some sort of YAP sign so you can find us, but your best bet is to call or look for the big green tarps.
