The company was founded in 1995, when it first opened it's 600 sq ft of catering space in 1922 West 18th St. What started as a catering and to-go idea in this 5 stool location has become one of Houston's finest bringing out the concept of new Latino Fusion of Caribbean flavors.

Latin fusion couldn't be a better description for the flavor of their food, I've tried a few of their entrees and I was never dissapointed, their salsas are great not your typical salsa but were scrumptios!!!!.....My fav is the Chicken Brazil, I love it!!

I wasn't really sure what to think of the whole Latin Fusion thing but once I saw the menu I was intrigued... Everything I've ever tried there has been colorful, filling, delicious and very unique. Though the yellow (I think its pineapple)salsa can be like crack and you have to be careful not to fill up on it....
