I'm currently working on the Muscular Dystrophy Association's 3rd Annual Stride & Ride, a walk to be held Saturday, April 18th, 2009 at Corporate Woods in Overland Park. We're gearing up to have live music, food, and of course...a LOT of people helping out a great cause!

What time will the walk be? A friend of mine is testing in karate that day as well, but I think it is in the afternoon. I enjoy walking/running for causes. If I am unable to attend, please keep us all posted on future events.
There is a walk on May 3rd for the March of Dimes I am attending. I never thought about posting anything here, maybe I will:)
