Join “the BIGGEST DANCE ever” in LA

WHAT: “the BIGGEST DANCE ever” featuring the Electric Slide

WHERE: Intersection of First Street and Grand Avenue, between Walt Disney Concert Hall and Dorothy Chandler Pavilion.

WHEN: Sunday, September 28th at 2:45pm.  Come early for mini-lessons at 12:45pm and 1:45pms

ADMISSION: FREE

Join hundreds on the streets of Downtown Los Angeles at the dance event of the year! As part of the Grand Avenue Festival, Active Arts at the Music Center invites you to the BIGGEST DANCE EVER featuring The Electric Slide! 

No dance experience necessary. 15-minute mini-lessons at 12:45pm and 1:45pm. The big dance will take place at 2:45pm at the corner of First Street and Grand Avenue in Downtown Los Angeles, near the Music Center. The Electric Slide, original choreographer/copyright holder Ric Silver.

Experience the sights, sounds, and tastes at the cultural heart of Downtown LA as theaters, concert halls, museums, and other attractions along Grand Avenue join together and offer a free and unbeatable day of entertainment.

11 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. -  Get Your Chops Back - Flute Choir, Open Rehearsal
Noon - 12:45 p.m. -     Drum Downtown
12:45 p.m. - 1 p.m. -    Mini dance lesson, Biggest Dance Ever
1 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. -      Get Your Chops Back - Summer Strum, Open Rehearsal
1:45 p.m. - 2 p.m.-       Mini dance lesson, Biggest Dance Ever
2 p.m. - 2:45 p.m. -      Drum Downtown
2:45 p.m. - 3:15 p.m.-  Biggest Dance Ever
3:15 p.m. - 4 p.m.-       Get Your Chops Back - Saxophone Ensemble, Open Rehearsal
4:15 p.m. - 5 p.m.-       Drum Downtown
