So who are the ultimate players in Miami? If you enjoy playing ultimate frisbee let us know about local leagues, tournaments or pickup games here. Also, good places for playing disc golf.

There is a large Ultimate Frisbee Community (and Disc Golf) in Miami and Miami Beach. Every friday evening around 6:30 people play Beach Ultimate between (I think) 15th-16th Streets (Bring a white and dark shirt).
There is also a coed league that starts in the Spring. The website is: www.miamiultimatefrisbee.org
We also have competitive Men's (Cartel) and Woman's (Rip Tide) Teams if you're looking for more advanced Ultimate. Our teams travel to tournaments all around the Country. EVERYONE is welcome to come out to the competitive teams especially if you're athletic and we'll teach you how to play and improve.
It's an ecletic and fun community. We are populated with college students to college professors (well one actually) to professionals to trust fund babies. We organize regular parties, beach outings, we join other sports leagues, camping trips etc. etc.
