I m new to NY - I stayed here at the start of the year and have decided to travel back to live here because I ♥ it!!!
Anyone know of any agencies that supply work for Educational Professionals from the UK

Here's another useful website: http://www.nysais.org 
You wouldn't have to be certified to work in an independent/private school, but you would need work authorization, if you don't already have it. 

They also usually have a really good job fair in March, so keep an eye open.
